Spring 2018 Registration Info

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION:

All registration is completed online under the tab "online registration".

 
If your child played a spring/fall 2016 or 2017 sport with us, click on "login" and use your username and password that you created in the spring/fall.  You do not need to resubmit a birth certificate.  Your username is an email address.  Once logged in, you will click on which sport you are interested in signing up for and proceed with registration.  You can either pay online with credit card ($5 convenience charge) or by check or cash at our office (409 S. Fretz, Suite B) during office hours of Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm between Jan 8-19. If you choose pay later by cash/check, you will not be able to go back into your account to pay by credit card.  If you need to add a new family member, you can add them on your account.  For any new family members, we will have to verify birth certificates before you can register. 
 
If your child did not play with us in spring/fall 2016 or 2017 and you do not have an account, click on "register an account".  You will create an account with your information, including if your child has played with us in the past.  If your child has played with us before, we will approve your account within 24 business hours at which time you will receive an email back letting you know you can register.  At that time, you will login using the username and password you created and choose which sport you would like to register for. If your child has not played a sport with us before, you will need to email the birth certificate to [email protected] or drop it off at our office (409 S. Fretz Suite B) during office hours of Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm Jan 8-19. 
 
Please remember that you must complete the entire process before Jan 19 in order to be registered, including payment.  The last few days of registration do get extremely busy, so please do not wait until the last minute if you are paying by cash/check or need to create a new account.  If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to email us at [email protected] or call us at 340-5300 during business hours.
